Have you ever found yourself in a stressful situation, and realized that you were humming or whistling something to calm yourself down?  Sounds can help us to release stress in many different ways.

Sound is vibration, and everything around us is vibrating to some degree.  Sound brings us together, and can bring changes in our attitudes for both good and bad.

Experience the calming affect of sound, and learn to use it to releive stress and anxiety.  In this class we will explore the many different ways that sound is experienced.  You will learn about the vibrations of the earth, and of all of nature.  We can use these vibrations to ground ourselves.  This is ancient wisdom, and can make a huge difference in your life.
